Shipping policy

We deliver your new piece of furniture safely and reliably right into your home. Here you will find all the important information on shipping and delivery in Switzerland.

Delivery area and shipping costs

We deliver to addresses in Switzerland. Delivery is free of charge for you.

No customs fees

Our prices in CHF include Swiss VAT. You will not be charged any additional customs fees, import duties or delivery costs on delivery.

Delivery time

  • Sofas, sofa modules and replacement covers: usually 6–8 weeks from receipt of payment (including production and shipping).
  • All other products: you can find the delivery time on the product page.

The delivery times stated are guide values. Your order may also arrive earlier.

How your furniture gets to you

  1. Production: once we have received your payment, we make your sofa or piece of furniture.
  2. Handover to the carrier: we hand your furniture over to our freight partner. You receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.
  3. Appointment: about 4–5 days before the planned delivery, the carrier calls you and offers several delivery dates within a 10-day window.
  4. Delivery: the carrier delivers with a two-person service and carries your furniture to the desired place in your home.
  5. Assembly: if you have chosen the assembly service, your sofa is assembled on site and the packaging is taken away straight away.

Important information

  • Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided when ordering.
  • Collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
  • If delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible (e.g. if you are not at home despite an agreed appointment), we will charge you the reasonable costs incurred as a result.
  • Please check the delivery on arrival for visible transport damage and completeness, and report any issues to us if possible within 24 hours (see GTC section 8.2).
